Triage are looking to enlist a number of Trainers and Facilitators to join our existing highly skilled network of educational professionals. Triage have in place, a framework that supports not only the delivery of our established contracts but also the potential of growth and expansion across the breadth of the country, covering multiple sectors and varying levels of qualifications.
Our training is not all in classroom, when it comes to learning we flex to suit the individual which means; workplace delivery, one to one, community setting and online learning. To support our models of delivery our trainers are involved in many activities outside of the training room, such as knowledge share, zoom sessions, curriculum planning, qualification creation and performance support.
Our learners are from diverse personal background with varying employment and training experience, Triage understand and appreciate every learner is different and we therefore deliver person centric curriculums to support achievements and outcomes.

What we ask for:
- A proven track record either in a training or occupation competence in different industry sectors.
- Professional communication skills which includes; written, spoken and presentation.
- An interest in helping others ranging from those 18 years or age to 50+.
- Happy and willing to travel – we work predominantly in Scotland and across North East England, and are actively looking to put down roots elsewhere across the North of England.
- Proficient with technology and varying delivery styles.
- The ability to engage individuals to support with sustainability, timely completion and achievement rates.
