Triage delivers quality training across a range of sectors including Care, Retail, Contact Centres, Construction, Hospitality, Tourism and many more. Triage offers a bespoke service, tailored to suit business and employee needs. Our qualified and experienced trainers, assessors and IQAs are subject matter experts and deliver role and organisation specific training to respond to business needs and maximise learners knowledge, skills and motivation to progress. 

An example is our Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship(BIIAB), which supports and enables individuals to become a professional in the customer service sector and a point of contact for knowledge in the field dealing with more complex issues and queries. This Apprenticeship can lead to learners becoming expert in their organisational field which could be contact centre, retail, customer service industries and service points.Want to know more, get in touch.

The Customer Service Apprenticeship takes up to 12 months to complete. There will be an End Point assessment and throughout the apprenticeship knowledge and skills are reviewed through professional discussion and observation with our sector expert trainers/assessors.
