Partnering directly with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), we run our Classroom Based Learning division, funded by our Adult Education Budget. The AEB aims to create more flexible and tailored programmes of learning for adults who have been out of work, despite why or for how long.
We deliver a wide range of courses ranging from qualifications in Health and Social Care, Retail, Customer Service, Business improvement techniques, Business Admin, Hospitality, IT and Employability/ Personal Social Development. We are committed to moving people into work, so many of our courses have job interviews or placements at the end of them. As part of the courses we provide IAG, professional recruitment advice, guidance, mentoring and an in-work support service to help people get a job and keep it.
