Partnering directly with the Education and Skills Funding Agency, we run our classroom-based learning division, funded by our Adult Education Budget. The AEB aims to create more flexible and tailored programmes of learning for adults who have been out of work, no matter why or for how long.
We deliver a wide range of courses ranging from qualifications in health and social care, retail, customer service, business improvement techniques, business administration, hospitality, IT and employability/personal social development. We are committed to moving people into work, so many of our courses have job interviews or placements at the end. As part of each course we provide information, advice and guidance including professional recruitment advice and mentoring. We also provide an in-work support service to help people find a job and keep it.
