Lisa has been involved in the family company for nearly 15 years and through a range of roles, broadened her business experience following a degree in Law and Psychology. After University Lisa spent 10 years building and operationally managing a retail, distribution and training business taking it to its peak in 2010 before making the decision to move into Triage full time to better understand the executive activities of the company and support the CEO.
Four years into her role Lisa became a mother to her daughter and now manages her time between family and the company. Lisa is committed to seeing the company diversify and grow and to this end she works with the CEO and Director of Business Development and Marketing. Recognising the need to ensure quality is maintained and embedded across all the company’s activities she is currently undertaking a Level 3 qualification in Teaching and Learning, while supporting the company’s diversification strategy to widen its remit to incorporate property development and commercial training.
