Advanced Learner Loans
19+ Advanced Learning Loans enable individuals to progress in their chosen career, or even move into a completely new sector. Ongoing learning can mean improved job prospects, career progression in a current job and potentially higher wages. Triage support our clients in England to access 19+ Advances Learning Loans as a means to achieving their career goals. Our Level 3 and above qualifications and bespoke programmes are designed to meet the needs of both the individual and employers across multiple sectors.
Our qualifications are sector focused with learners undertaking qualifications that will upskill and advance them in their career whilst still maintaining a flexible approach to work based learning. Our accredited assessors guide and support our learners through every step of their qualifications allowing each individual to enhance their personal and work skills. Triage work collaboratively with employers to ensure programmes do not impact on day to day operations and supports and to recognize the benefits of investment in the development and progression of their workforce.
Enterprising and Employability
Triage recognizes that for some of our clients, starting their own business, becoming self employed, or simply being more enterprising in their search for work, is their preferred route to employment. Triage delivers Level 1 Awards in Enterprising and Employability skills, delivering bespoke training programmes equipping clients with relevant skills and knowledge for their chosen sector. Triage is an approved IOEE (Institute and Entrepreneurs) Enterprise Academy and an approved SFEDI Awards Centre.
Triage Central Limited has over 19 years’ experience of delivering quality training across a range of sectors including Care, Retail, Construction, Call Centres, Hospitality and Tourism and many more. Triage offers a bespoke service, tailored to suit your business and employees. Our qualified and experienced Trainers are subject matter experts and deliver role and organisation specific training to meet business needs and maximise learners knowledge, skills and motivation to progress.
Our Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship will support and enable individuals to become a professional in the customer service and a point of contact for knowledge in the field dealing with more complex issues and queries. This Apprenticeship can lead to learners becoming expert in their organisational field which could be contact centre, retail, customer service industries and service points.
Our Customer Service Apprenticeship takes up to 12 months to complete. There will be an End point assessment and knowledge and skills are reviewed through professional discussion and observation with the trainer throughout the apprenticeship. Individuals will be supported by our skilled and qualified trainers, expert in the field of customer service.
